Considering that Hazel only has fear of falling Hazel but no physical or mental limitations, apart from the fact that she is 78-year-old and uses a walker, we could help her remain active in civic engagement. In my previous discussion, I already stated three activities for her, but since here is additional information, that she drives her own car, I believe an activity for her could be: She could volunteer to visit animal rescue centers and interact with potential adoptive parents or spend time with the rescued animals. Since she has no limitations and surely is independent, she could motivate others to adopt rescued animals.
